*Pre-paid registration is preferred, but same-day registrations will be also accepted. You may register day of walk starting at 9:00am but please note, t-shirts sizes will be limited.*

By completing and submitting this registration form, you agree to abide by the rules of the event. You understand that entering the walk is at your own risk and that no person(s) or organization(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss to yourself prior to, during, or after the event. Photographs and videos of the event will be taken and featured on the foundation's website and social media. I hereby consent to the use of my image that may appear in any such photograph or video. Children must be accompanied by an adult and are the sole responsibility of the adult at all times during the event.
